User created, modified dashboards.

Create, modify your own dashboards and views.

Users have the ability to create, layout, organize, navigate and modify dashboards and views of key metrics. This gives everyone instant access to the information most relevant to them. With total control over the information they see and how they see it, all types of users will find more ways to put your business intelligence to effective use.

Users can filter, drill down, swap or slice and dice data in either a table, chart or map view. And each view can connect to a different data source, allowing multiple perspectives in a single dashboard.

Instant access to the information users
need including maps, charts and tables.

  • Add threshold markers

  • Nest dimensions in tables
  • Suppress zeros
  • Print

Graphs and charts can be presented in many formats, including: bar, cluster, stack, line, waterfall, heat map and pie.

Watch that brand.

Dashboards can be customized to maintain and promote corporate branding and graphic standards.

Define corporate, individual thresholds.

Both users and administrators can establish and monitor corporate and personal key performance indicators. When thresholds are exceeded, appropriate personnel throughout the organization are automatically notified.

Standardize corporate, group metrics.

Administrators can create views and dashboards that reflect specific corporate or group metrics. These tabs can be viewed but not altered. Users also have the ability, if enabled by the administrator, to copy views to their own dashboard.

What's up, what's down.

Users can set parent-child relationships between related views to easily track performance patterns across multiple levels of data. For example, a district manager can quickly compare individual store results in separate views linked to the district view. When the manager applies a filter to the district view the same filter is applied to the store views.

Automatic security, controlled access.

Administrators can easily assign role-based security to limit data and annotation access to only authorized users. These rights leverage already existing user groups and privileges set for each data cube.
